I'm with Intel and I'm sticking with it. :)

And I started with a single 770 and like a year back I added another one, and I can't say I'm disappointed by the result. :p And even the prices of my specific card are still worth as much as they cost me brand new if I were to sell them 2nd hand. That probably won't last forever but currently MSI isn't reproducing them and the 4gb versions are rare on it's own alone, so I don't have to worry about losing a lot of money IF I ever plan to upgrade. :D
xD Truth be told I doubt a FX-9590 would be an upgrade, I absolutely despise AMD for that product. 220w on a CPU is absolutely ludicrous.
Yeah that was what I originally intended to do, but my 780 Ti lasted too long and now I can't buy the reference model anymore, which is a bummer when I wanted to watercool them, I'd need two different waterblocks if I were to buy a different model.

I wish I could watercool my cards, the only full cover block costs 250$ and I'd have to get 2 so no way I'm paying 500$ for that.

o_O I can't even find a waterblock for it, not from EK that is.
I can understand the prices for waterblocks given the machining tolerances required for a waterblock and the cost of the lump of metal it's machined from.
Fittings on the other hand.. they're like £5 a pop if you want nice compression ones.

It's the only block I can find, so it's not that weird it's so pricey. But it's too much for me at the moment. :/

Yeah idk if I'd even trust that block, namely because I haven't heard of them and the block has a bunch of machine marks on the bottom, where it's pretty important for it to be smooth.

I've heard good stories about the company itself, I don't know how the specific block is though.

Budget: 1000-1500
Intended use: Mainly for botting. I know I need something that has a lot of CPU power and RAM and I'm looking to run 10 (or more) RS3 Runemate bots at a time. I won't be gaming or anything so I don't think I'll overclock unless I need to run more bots and even then, I don't really want to overclock since it might harm the PC. I want it to be as stable as possible and make very little noise. I will also need peripherals such as a monitor and a keyboard. Everything else is superfluous.
Currency:USD

I don't really mind building it myself, but I've never built a PC before. I saw this pc on ebay and it looks pretty good.

any thoughts?

That system is decent, though you're paying for a god-awful GPU that you'll never use, but it will use more power than necessary.
Just to clarify, this monitor doesn't necessarily have to be great as it's just for the botting setup? Otherwise I will recommend a legitimately nice monitor, which will cost a little more.
As for the keyboard and mouse, I will leave that to you, my choices will typically be expensive due to preference to reliable peripherals, aka Logitech mice and a Ducky keyboard.

If you do want a nicer monitor, then I will change it. That one in the list is just a low price 1080p panel.

I would like a nice monitor since I will probably dock my laptop to it from time to time to consume media. Is the 4790k necessary? I have no idea how to overclock and I'd rather not do it since I heard it makes more noise.

Edit: The monitor should be on the smaller end since my desk isn't very big. Like around 24 inches.

I picked the 4790k because it's not much more than a 4790 but has a decent clock speed bump which will definitely help.
Overclocking won't necessarily make more noise, it will generate more heat and consume more power, but your CPU cooler will determine whether it's noisy or not.
In this case, it won't be noisy whether it's overclocked or not, because the fan with the Hyper 212 Evo is one of the nicest fans I've felt.

I personally only buy IPS panel monitors, as they're typically the best for colour reproduction and just about the only way to get a nice consistent image quality.

@YubiBotter Thinking about getting into gaming, how much would a decent gaming PC cost. Mostly playing games like DotA2. Wondering if its cheaper to buy an xbox one or a gaming PC

This is a decent base:

The GPU you end up with is pretty much determined by your budget.
For example an R7 270X is a good budget card: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XKk8Bm
The R9 380 is a somewhat more modern, budget friendly card: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/K7Zrgs

You could go lower in terms of GPU power, but to be quite honest I wouldn't recommend that.

Why do I need a tower case? they're quite pricey, have some spare timber at home do you think I could make my own?
By all means you could, though you will want to ensure it's acclimatized to your location, if it warps due to moisture then that will be a dead motherboard.
It will be a lot of work however, given you need to have PCI-E brackets, front panel connectors like power, reset etc.

Hello @YubiBotter :3

I am looking for a desktop PC that can overclock and also run some games (WarFace... i discovered it today. This game is awesome but my pc says nope...) without a problem at 60 fps high (or medium) quality.

I was thinking something with Intel i5 (or not. i dont really know whats the best).

And my budget is 500€ (saving and making with writing scripts :3). if less even better.

This is a website in my country.

Maybe you can translate it using chromes translating option?

I tried to find an english language option, but there is none :(

Unfortunately after having had looked at a number of configurations, I've come to the conclusion you ought to save up a bit more, otherwise you will end up with a build that will be unsatisfactory.
However, once you have a bit more, this would be a reliable base:

Turns out the prices where you live really aren't in your favor.
I would recommend aiming for something like an R7 270X if your budget can allow it (in future).

Thank you very much. So you suggest me to start off the one you posted and then add / buy better and better stuff?

Preferably I would save until you could afford that stuff + an R7 270X.
The image containing parts doesn't include a graphics card, as one would not fit the budget.

Once you have this system however, you can upgrade a fair bit, for example to an FX-6350/FX-8350 CPU.

What about this one? Would it do its job?
