Yeah I thought so. I've had multiple users report the issue but every time I ask to borrow their account to fix it I never hear from them again. It's locked behind something like 50 slayer and my slayer is like 20 or 29 I think haha

Ahh alright, let me know when you got time.. i can send you the logs to my ironman so you can test it ;)
You need 55 fletching to make them, and besides that i think you just need the slayer unlock reward to make them.. which is like 300 points.

Oh interesting, slayer requirement is only for using them. How long does it take to get 300 points though... I only have my main which I use to write bots but I dont actually run any outside of testing and I don't play the game :/

It's 12 points per task i believe, im an ironman but i do 10+ tasks a day usually.

Hi, your both has charged me numerous times for just starting it. I had yew and magic unstrung bows in the bank but it was unable to read it, disconnected me 3 times and charged me 3 times for an hour. This has hapened multiple times and has also happened with your woodcutting bot. Can you please tell me how to fix this and if this isn't the best place to discuss it where is?

Bots don't charge you, the client does. And that's how it works. You are charged at the start of every session and every consecutive hour, please see the billing faq Tutorial - Billing and Payment FAQ
Is it still not working? Runescape updated today so if it's completely broken it's likely that the update broke the client, which would mean waiting for cloud to release a fix.
If it was working and then randomly just stopped even though you had the items then that's also a known client bug that i've spoken to cloud about but we don't have a fix for it.

Well that doesn't seem fair at all. Why doesn't the bot keep a timer for when it is in actual use and calculate based on that? It's entirely not fair to be charged money for something your bot has not performed and is so EASY to go wrong.

Because again, the bot doesn't charge you. The client does. Bots have absolutely zero control over the billing process. We've tried to get the way it works changed but at the end of the day it's arbiters call and he doesn't think it needs to be changed.
