Don't try to excuse this scammy behavior mate. There is nothing in settings regarding billing or how you are charge and checking the FAQ is a flawed argument. You go to the FAQ page AFTER a problem happens not before. By that time you've lost your money and somebody has directly profited from a problem that could have been avoided. A warning text can easily be displayed before running something that charges you money but it is not and this is done directly for the sake of the developers profiting.
Well that's a shame. I am definitely not putting any more money in now that I know how dodgy it is. Fairness is always a better business model so shame on arbiter for making this dodgy call.

Because again, the bot doesn't charge you. The client does. Bots have absolutely zero control over the billing process. We've tried to get the way it works changed but at the end of the day it's arbiters call and he doesn't think it needs to be changed.
