1) None of the people you spoke to are RuneMate representatives. This forum and from the Staff members on this forum is the only official place to get support. I believe they were trolling you.

2) I believe you upgraded your account via Upgrade | RuneMate instead of purchasing credits via https://www.runemate.com/community/adcredits/packages. If you review the contents of those two pages you will see the difference. For more info also see Tutorial - Wallet and Premium Bots FAQ.

For credits to use premium bots, please visit https://www.runemate.com/community/adcredits/packages to purchase a package. Please note that credits can take up to 24 hours to appear in your wallet, although they are usually instant.
