There is no ETA on when it will be fixed. It will be fixed when it is fixed

Hi,
i am getting the "failed to bind to the game client because of a agentintialisationexception" error
i have followed the way to fix it but still not working
i tried using runemate like 2months ago and the same thing happened then
it seems to work fine for everybody else

it also doesn't auto download java, i do it myself

Deleted all forms of JRE from my laptop, uninstalled the official RS client and Runemate, followed by reinstalling Runemate, then the RS client. Still getting the AgentInitializationException.

Runemate and the game client need to both run on x32 bit Java. Remove any x64 bit Java installations and Runemate, and then install Runemate again – it will automatically download the correct x32 bit Java version and everything will work.

Where would i go to find a x64 version of java?

Alright so 2 problems:
1) It has been over 10 hours and the client says that I am still running multiple bots(over 2). I have safely backed out of bots and then closed runemate and done a full restart to no avail. I have had this issue in the past, usually resolves after about 24 hours.

2) Also, my anti-virus (avira) wouldn't let me click open the runemate desktop short cut yesterday. I went to the file location opened it and ran it(Alpha Fighter) fine fore about 6 hours. Not sure if these issues are connected but I thought I'd mention it.

I recall seeing @Cloud recently mention something about anti-viruses detecting RuneMate as a false-positive due to the mouse biometric collection data.

Thanks for the response. I'm not as worried about the AV issues as I am the client saying I have more then 2 bots running at a time when I have zero it doesn't reset after 15miuntes. Instead it takes about 15 hours. I'm sorry if I come off as complaining as I'm enjoying these services for free. Just providing feed back

So who do I notify that the "You are running more then allotted instances" is a perpetual issue for me. Even when safely, stopping and backing out of bots the issues persists up to 24 hours.

hey, Just got runemate again after being banned and once i try opening it tells me there is an error that has occured...

Then says install4jerror with a bunch of numbers.log

I'm trying to practice programming for my first exam of it so it's really a bother when it cuts me of while writing lines. i tried looking around but found no answer.

Have you tried minimising the client by clicking on the task bar icon, rather than clicking the 'minus' sign on the top right of the window?

yes i did. so it seems like if i keep like clicking on an other window until it tries to open the rs window. it'll start pinging in orange and stop popping up.
