They can probably guarantee an improvement from the current system, but I doubt they'd be able to guarantee more than that, ban wise. Even if on release it reduces ban rates back to lower than what they were before the recent increase, offering a guarantee would just be asking for trouble :/

I think @Cloud and @Arbiter should clean up the community from all these toxic dillrods. Out community needs to become friendlier and that could only be achieved by harsh punishment on trolls. Also thank you guys for busting ass and getting this ready for us so fast.
