I am planning a total re-write, I have noticed for some reason its not properly locating if person is within defined region

Not sure if it needs an update or something all those lines but the jewelry niche of the bot is not currently working. It crashes about 10 seconds after hitting start. If this could get fixed that would be awesome considering this bot is one of a kind for runemate.
