Hey man, thanks again for a great bot that works well! I wanted to pass along two recommendations for updates based on my use of the bot:
  1. When using Fossil Island Middle for Ammonite Crabs, after the bot successfully banks for more supplies, the bot returns to a position just south of Fossil Island Middle. This spot has three Ammonite Crab spawns, but it almost always taken by other players due to the Crab spawns being super close to each other and assumingly easier to AFK. Typically, since most people bot with they are away from their computers, there is no way for a user or the bot to respond to the complaints that the people AFKing these specific crabs have when the bot crashes their spawn. Anyways, long story short, can you update the bot to actually return to Fossil Island Middle after banking? I think there is a higher likelihood of being reported if you crash some player in this other location and don't leave when they ask.
  2. When setting a time for the bot to stop I realized this morning that the bot literally just turns off at this point. That is great and all, but as a character that is a pure I have low defense and could theoretically die to the Crabs if not eating when needed. I was risking over 500k in arrows and gear when the bot stopped in the center of a Crab spawns which luckily it did not die, but it could have and I would have lost all of those items. Would it be possible to update the bot to move into a safe location just before stop time? This would allow the bot to safely ensure that no items are lost due to stopping.
Again, great bot! Just wanted to throw some thoughts out there as a consistent user.

  1. This is a little tricky to do without rewriting a good chunk of the current code. At the moment it'll go back to the last spot you were fighting in before resetting aggro. If the player enters the area and finds some crabs, it'll fight those instead. Also, should the bot crash someone with the active playstyle, then it should resolve itself after a few kills.
  2. This will be implemented in the next version. Something I didn't consider when writing the bot.

Fantastic bot! 1 request though, could you please implement the ability of the bot to stop upon loss of ammunition (ended up getting 3 attack because i ran out of knives)

For #1, Does it actually resolve itself though? If my character stays at the true Middle Fossil Island position I get pretty consistent 40-48k range exp/hr. With the current issue of it "crashing" players down at the "lower" Middle Fossil Island position, I get maybe 30k exp/hr in addition to a likely increase in chances of being reported due to crashing the spot.

What happens is that spot has 4 spawns, 3 spawns right next to each other that can be triggered from standing in a specific position and 4th spawn a little bit away. This 4th position is where the bot likes to hang out which both bothers other people (I can see from chats, though obviously can't respond at that time or fix the bots position because I am not home) or is just outright bad exp/hr.

I would greatly support either a) removing this location as a possible position when Middle Fossil Island is selected or b) having the bot change its positioning or change worlds based on its exp/hr vs. the best exp/hr rate it has had in the past. For example, if on hour 3 the bot gets crashed and "resorts" to killing a singular crab (which happens in the above example) due to no other open spots to train, it should measure its exp/hr (say 30k/hr) vs. its best exp hour in the prior 3 hours (say 45k/hr). If the current exp/hr is lower than the best by 15% (6k exp/hr less) the bot would then hop worlds, check all locations, find no available sports, hop worlds, check all spawns, etc. until it finds an open world.

not sure if this is happening to anyone else, but the bot keeps missclicking the bank pin after it gets back from break

been using it all morning today, works smooth, great bot! - wasnt aware of update as was afk and used it 3 or 4 times and lost money due to glitching, would be good to be refunded as im going to continue to use it until 60-60-60 on this account.

I tested it a few times and it resolved itself for me. Only took a few minutes.

Bank pin handler is handled by the client itself. Nothing I can do about that, unfortunately.

tried the sand crabs today not sure what happened but it onyl got 5k exp in 2 or 3 hours...lost money. gonna try reload it and hopefully that fixes it

Please keep an eye on the bot and report any odd behaviour to me.

@RobinPC Issue with not seeing aggressed crabs and killing them.

Bot stood there waiting for the spawn (where the character is standing) instead of killing other crabs.

bot was found near rock crabs idle behind one of the buildings for over 1 hour by the looks of the exp p/h counter. Not sure if overcrowding can cause it to malfunction. Maybe a world hop feature could help fix this - might be naother issue but thats just my observation. besides that it's been running smoothly

Most likely a pathing issue which is causing some bots to malfunction. The client-dev is aware of the issue, though.

Been using it on my pure now but the Bot keeps taking lower dosage pots instead of the correct amount of the 4 dosage. I have them at the top of my bank but still insists on taking 1 or 2 remaining low dosage pots and waking off to do the trip, resulting in it returning back pretty shortly after, losing exp per hour due to this. Maybe implenting it to take the higher dosage first if its available? and ability to choose how much % of pots max boost to pot back up again. I.e if it increases a stat 10, then 50% would be at +5 repot.

A good way to solve this is to combine the potions before you start :)
Takes little to no effort when you talk to the guy who does that for you.
