I already know that the 2.00 was useless. The 4.00 gave me hours, however, today they're gone.

Have your bank or PayPal reversed the payment?

If the $4.00 transaction went through successfully and you were a supporter on the forums and gained extra hours, it should have remained for a calendar month, not disappear after 2 days.

Reversing payments is not allowed. You should have simply added $2 more. Payments stack. Any further reversals will result on being banned from our services. Regardless you should have the hours now.

i don't have the hours.
Then there's not much more I can do. You'll need to resubscribe. I'd prefer if you simply understood that initiating a dispute on PayPal is not the right way to get a refund and resubscribed normally. If you absolutely must get a refund, you can send me the Transaction ID privately.

Yes the dispute is causing the problem. If you drop it the system will likely re-instate the hours. If it does not I can issue a refund (which is very different from a dispute) and then you can resubscribe.
