You haven't even been a member for a month yet. If you go to Log in | Community | RuneMate you will be able to see when your used hours will expire, which will add them back into your usage pool.

He's right. Once you pay for hours that should be it. I don't understand why it's a monthly thing. Customers can keep buying hours as they need it.

Because that is the definition of a subscription.
I do not understand why runemates uses this time/hour system, in my opinion its only a headache for people that cant seem to understand it.
I see about everyday posts about this subject there should be a different and easier to understand system.
I do not mind paying for bot hours etc, as i did before iam fine with it.

If you're botting RS3, you'd have to be earning ~62,5k gp per hour to "afford" using RuneMate.
If you're botting OSRS, you'd have to be making ~10k per hour to "afford" using RuneMate.

They need to make sure if the bot runs for like less then 3 mins they dont bill u cause it fucking annoying if the bot messes up and need to be reset for some reasone

Find a bot that works best for you then.
You could use the fletching bot on OSRS
1 bot would make you enough buying the $3 package to make over $10 profit renewing your service per week. Plus pay for your monthly sub. if you bot minimally (if you're doing maple longs (u). Don't make excuses for you not putting in the time to check your bots or fix them. I'm not saying problems don't happen but like ffs you can fix it. Money is time. If you don't have time to spend 5 minutes fixing your bots. Then move on to something different.
