No it isn't. It should "Buy hours" and that's it. It shouldn't be the monthly system. I guess you can make supporter a monthly system

?

If you aren't going to use those hours in the month, don't buy that many hours. Pay for what you use on top of what you get for free, that is the definition of fair.

Party is right
it says "A month"

your time for the month ran out.
this isn't sprint or tmobile
If you are confused why it is a month and not buy x number of hours. You are also buying X number of bots per month. instead of just 2.

I'm still a bit hazy so in essence the more hours you use the months before the more you get the next month up to a total of 200?

So if I use 3 hours on the 1st 4 hours on the second 7 hours on the 3rd

I will get 3 hours on the first of the next month 4 hours on the second of the next month so on and so forth?

What? You get the amount of hours you pay for, or 200 if you stay as a free member. The hours you buy expire each month. The Payments FAQ should explain it quite well.

I'm that case I should have 200 hours on top of what i have left from my paid allowance..

"Let's say today is October 1st, and you buy 3000 hours. Let's say that you use 100 hours every day. On October 31st (30 days later), you run out of hours, so you can't bot anymore. On the next day (November 1st), you'll regain the hours that you used 30 days ago (October 1st's hours), meaning that you'll have another 100 hours to bot with. The day after that you'll regain the hours you used on October 2nd, giving you another 100 hours, etc."

It's been 2 dayd mote than a month tsince I made this account.

It's been 3 weeks since I made my payment for extra hours.

So when do I get the free 200 hours?

So basically you get what you use...
Month one
Day1-Day 31 = 10 hours a day

Month 2 I will get 10 hours a day back?

Why not just have 200 hours free per moth that don't stack...this confusion just makes it look like some elaborate deception to make you buy more hours than you need to every month

So do these free hours stack over the days during the month?

The system is quite simple, if you think having hours expire a month after their use is "elaborate deception", I'd love to hear any other conspiracy theories you come up with.

Not what I said...

It makes perfect sense to have those hours expire! Other wise someone could just make an account on runemate play legit for 4 months then come back and claim the stacked free hours...that being said I haven't received any free hours
