Looks like the issue is network related, are you running any firewall?

Please confirm that you added "Jagexlauncher" to your firewall. If you're certain, go ahead and send the new logs.

According to the logs the firewall issue seems to be fixed at least, on the other hand you’re getting a new exception I have never seen before.

Yeah reinstalling everything (java, runescape and runemate) would be my next step.

out of curiosity, does it matter what java version I have installed? My current one (that I just finished uninstalling) is Java 8 update 191 (64-bit)
