Because I was still charged despite this, and have not received a refund of the 4-6 hours worth of credits consumed. Happy to adjust my review if it continues to function and that's resolved.
Charging is handled on Runemate's end, there's nothing at all I could have done to prevent the issue you faced. If I could have, I would take my premium bots down when the client breaks.

If you wanted a refund, all you had to do was ask my man, not leave a 1 star review for a client issue. Please post/pm me a screenshot of the transactions on the page https://www.runemate.com/community/adcredits/ and I'll refund you for them.

I wasn't aware of that, my apologies. I've sent you a message.

There's another issue with the bot, where I've noticed it getting stuck at the hopper, it won't repair the struts, and it'll just continuously try to deposit it, heavily affecting rates per hour and so-on.

These kinds of ConcurrentModificationExceptions are kind of hard for me to track down due to the nature of them, but they only seem to happen every ~1 out of 1000 times someone runs the bot, so you're unlikely to run into it again. But I found what may be causing this specific one. Thanks for the heads up :)

Bot frequently mines the rock fall in the middle of the room in the Lower South East which makes it look really bot-like, could you please remove that action?

Sure. I've been meaning to do something like this for a while, I'll blacklist specific rockfalls that never have a reason to be mined (eg ones in the middle of a room).

So after it does the first inventories of pay dirt it will only mine 24 every 3rd inventory(56-80) and then one more full before emptying. Not sure if the 3rd inventory of every run is 24 is on purpose or a minor bug. Other then that it runs great

If I'm understanding correctly, this is intentional :)

The optimal way to mine for MLM is to fill the sack exactly to 80 (or 161 with upgraded sack), and then overfill it the next inv. As the sack fills as soon as it goes above 80 or 161, but you can deposit a full inv still if it's exacly 80/161.

From the wiki:
If the sack is not full, the hopper will always accept an entire inventory of pay-dirt. An extra 28 pay-dirt can be deposited into the hopper before it is cleaned by first totaling deposits to one less than the maximum. If you are mining before unlocking the bigger bag upgrade, it is possible to make 4 deposits of 26 ores instead of 3 deposits of 27/28 (if hammer is carried). Overall it is recommended to carry a hammer and a gem bag to maximise both profit, and the number of deposits.

  • Regular Sack: 27 + 27 + 26 = 80 → 80 + 28 = 108 pay-dirt.
  • Alternative: 28 + 28 + 24 = 80 → 80 + 28 = 108 pay-dirt.
  • Upgraded Sack: 21 + 28 + 28 + 28 + 28 + 28 + 28 = 189 pay-dirt.
  • Alternative (with gem bag): 27+27+27+27+27+26=161 →161+27=188 pay-dirt.

Thanks for the response, I learned something new. Thanks again for you dedication to the community. So far 7hrs and went from 30-59 mining almost 60. Saved me a lot of time for quest requirements. I will update my post as i slowly progress. I might do agility or something in between so im not in the same skill to long. Your one person who i can say i trust their bots. If you ever need a vouch or something let me know.

been working great but for some reason its listing the gold nuggets at twice the amount ive actually got
Thanks for the heads up. Item logging/tracking is a bit janky in my bots to be honest, as the way runemate handles that kind of data can be a bit finnicky. So I'm not too surprised if the logged data isn't fully accurate.

I'll have to look into overhauling my item/XP tracking eventually.
