Charging is handled on Runemate's end, there's nothing at all I could have done to prevent the issue you faced. If I could have, I would take my premium bots down when the client breaks.Because I was still charged despite this, and have not received a refund of the 4-6 hours worth of credits consumed. Happy to adjust my review if it continues to function and that's resolved.
If you wanted a refund, all you had to do was ask my man, not leave a 1 star review for a client issue. Please post/pm me a screenshot of the transactions on the page https://www.runemate.com/community/adcredits/ and I'll refund you for them.
