This should have been fixed in the latest version.

I am not sure, it would be difficult to tell without any log files. Could you send this over?
RuneMate > Help > View Logs. The rock cake should automatically be used and detected if you are using the absorption strategy.

im having issues with a bow and the arrows trying to get from bank will only work when withdrawing 1 arrow, but even if i change quantity of arrow in the setup will always give me a "failed to withdraw even if i have extra in bank or in inventory or in the setup
