If anything using a VPN makes you more suspicious.

Only use a VPN when you have to / when gold farming.

Was just testing the limits of Jagex's detection. Was a throwaway account. Got 40/40/40 in combat perfectly fine but, when switching to woodcutting I was banned during the night at some point due to all the suiciding.
