Why I am being charged for every time I start an instance when the bot isnt working? I need a refund on that. How can i go about this? i'm switching bots unless i get a message back at some point.

hello, it says i have the maximum # of bots out but i have no bots running. how can i reset this?

Hey! I love all the bots you've made, actually gotten a lot of skills without getting banned. I was wondering if there are any chance you'd make a pking bot? Or an assistant?

Honestly I don't really commission bots at all, so I wouldn't want to take payment separate from the public hourly cost (if it were a premium bot), but yeah I'm kinda skeptical a PVP focused bot would have the wide appeal where the hourly usage would be significant overall.

If I were going to take on a pking bot it would really have to be a passion project I think, and it's just not really something I'm looking to make currently honestly (due to the time commitment, and that I don't really pk). Again I do appreciate the interest though, and it does sound like it'd be cool. So maybe someone would be willing to tackle it :)

Why can't I select a client when starting the bot? first time user here, the app is not allowing for a client selection. asking me to choose between runelite (shows patched) and offical osrs client but neither allows for a selection. is this a bug?

Load up Runelite before trying to connect to a client that isn't loaded up?????

Make sure your Runelite is also downloaded in the default location rather than a D:/ or something

Hey I was trying to run Fight caves but the bot went stopped suddenly when my blowpipe wouldnt start. Can you refund me back $1,if you are too busy i get it, this script finna make my life a lot eeasier lol

hey idk if you figured it out but i noticed that if you remove range pots from ignored, it will still "ignores loot under 3000" (the option above ignore loot) if you change it to 1500 or something less than the 2 dose range pot is worth, it will start picking them up. I was frustrated at first on my iron also, gl !

fantastic bots mate thank you for them. Ive lately been having difficulties with 3t fishing at ottos and the teak log is consumed which i'm using for 3t. I've previously run for hours / days and had no problem but now I am consistently having issue. Stable world and my internet is fantastic. could you take a look at it to see if anything can be done. thanks for your efforts

nothing about the bot has changed, are you sure there's nothing on your end messing with the stability?

yeah I did move states and get new internet so im sure its me but im like 300 mbps/200 mbps all good thought - I used vorkath for like 20k kills so ty for that

Hey Cuppa, I set up the forestry woodcutter bot and set the time limit to 2hr 59m and came back to my computer this afternoon and seen the bot had been running "Idle" for 9hrs total, but the account was logged out and no progress and I am charged for the 7hrs it wasnt botting on the account.

Refunds can be requested via the Sessions Panel (Sign in to RuneMate). Please just mention in the message(s) that we discussed this already so I know who's requesting it.

Also please include a log (Found in Help > View Logs) so I can take a look at what happened; It's hard to say
