Sorry about that. Runemate was having some issues after yesterday's game update, but everything should be working again if you restart OSRS & Runemate.

Is there a runemate update? Runemate says it is runscape is unsupported due to a recent game update.

hello, just curious as to why even though i paid for more hours to use the bot its still not letting me use the bot saying that ive reached my limit of 200 botting hours, also on the website its saying i only used 140 hours. if i could please have this fixed id appreciate it

It sounds like you've reached the limit of a bots trial, not the monthly hour usage limit imposed by RuneMate.

Hey, I'm running the bot now and this doesn't seem to happen for me. Does it happen a lot? You could raise mouse speed in Runemate settings (the gear icon) or just enable Direct Input (also there & in the bot)

Hi cuppa i have two bot requests please and you and mike are the best bot makers so far. can you please make a simple cooking bot for F2P accounts and a bot that kills vyrewatch vampires specifically. thank you. Here's what id personally pay for each bot per hour. 5 cents for vyrewatch 7 cents for cooking.

Hey, I definitely appreciate the kind words! So for a cooking bot, I would consider it but there's a lot of cooking bots already which should be solid honestly, like MaxiCooker, Hexis Cooker, Misfits Cooker, etc. You could try those and let the authors know if you have any feedback?

For Vyrewatch killing, it would be a cool bot, but honestly I have no plans for it at the moment. I know there used to be one but not sure why it was removed, but maybe you could request it in the Bot Requests subforum, or on the #bot-requests channel on the RuneMate discord? I'm sure someone would be able to make it :)

i am having issues with the credits i buy they keep running down even after logging off so 5 credits is lasting me less than 2 days?? supposed to be 0.20 an hour i need this looked at, i will not buy anymore credits till its looked at and refunded for lost credits

Hi, so just to clarify the way Runemate works is it charges on bot start & each hour after. So if you restart the bot (or it crashes) it'll charge again. So if a bot is giving issues, please test using trials or let me know so I can assist.

I'm definitely down to refund but you'll need to submit them via the Sessions Page

i checked the trial use i used about 3 hours so thats right and its not a refund i really want id prefer it in my account to use the app cheers

Hi. Can you please tell me how to tell the bot to store runes for ice barraga for the TOA bot? If it doesn't use Ice Barraga what does it use and how do I set it up. I've been trying for a day now to figure it out but I can't.

Hello, could you please tell me why the bot isn't working? Everything goes fine when opening it, but when starting, it doesn't load and gives the message "try again later," and this happens for 2 days.

If the money has been taken by Paypal you should receive your credits instantly but it can sometimes take up to 48 hours.

idk what happened but i paid the 75 cents and it charged me and ended the bot in less than 60 seconds. If its possible id like a refund, i spent about 2.25 cause i failed at jad once. other than that its a perfect bot. after i get my cape ill rate it 5 stars. Thanks my friend.

Having issues with Corrupted gauntlet since getting the new deadeye range prayer man. Up until yesterday its worked flawlessly! Standing at the boss using magic just fine then when its range time it just stands there.

I replied to your DM as well, but for anyone else who may be wondering: I believe there is a Runemate side fix pending for this. Will hopefully be resolved soonish in the next Runemate update.

Camdozalfish is good! but it spams every 3-4 fish or so while offering at altar, clicking once and letting animation do the work suffices, now it clearly looks like a bot!

Having issues with your forestry woodcutter at Redwoods at woodcutting guild, bot keeps sitting idle - sometimes works for hours, other times will idle and stop the bot. All plugins are disabled, any ideas?

It's hard to say based off this, especially if it's rare. I'd kinda need more specific info to look more into it.

Normally I'd ask for a bot log to look further into it but Runemate logs have been buggy lately so I'm not sure if it'd actually tell me much.
