i want most of the money i spent on this script refunded. it either will just stand at a bank or stand at zulrah and take damage and wont fight back but sure will eat all my food and use up all my pots

EDIT: went to primes discord they told me one of my settings was not set i told them it was and they just said oh well and im banned and kicked me from discord. i now want all my money from them back

EDIT: will send admin or mod video of proof if requested

Why am I charged every time I start an instance?:
Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. If you stop the bot manually and restart it, you will be charged again. If the bot breaks, doesn't work or you are overcharged and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.

What @American Express said is generally the case, but if you are claiming there is blatant negligence on the part of the Bot Author then RuneMate will intervene. If you can provide both evidence of you making a reasonable refund request that was ignored and a proper set-up of the bot with it still failing consistently we will make sure you get refunded, including the credits used to reproduce the issue.

@hemroidsftw69 the RuneMate forums are the only official place to request refunds, not personal Discord channels. I see you have not done that yet.
