Any chance this would be project someone is willing to undertake? Obviously it would be a paid scrip example 10 cents an hour, what it does is just overlays where you should stand what prayer to use and what phase zulrah will be in next, this isnt really a zulrah killer just helps you be able to do the rotations correctly. I imagine it would be easier than writing a zulrah killer.

Tbh using the RuneMate API it's arguably harder to make than a zulrah killer, since 90% of the logic is the same plus you have to mess around with finding some way to draw on the screen since RuneMate doesn't natively support that.

That's just my thoughts on it.

If you scan their .jar file online at virustotal.com, you find it contains a malicious file. Its just one file but still quite appalling considering it is the official download file.
Its a false positive
 
So it can be used without any worries?

If jagex specifiacally asked Runelite to remove zulrah plugin, why not exilent?
Exilent is only known by the PVP community its not huge

Any updates on if anyone is possibly making this?

And what about the guy the created the mouse overlay within the official rs client.. It can possibly be the same?

Zulrah helpers with runemate in its current state are not really a good idea. For once of course it's a botting client, not a 3rd party client that's designed for things like this.
But also the overlays are incredibly janky. For bot authors there is no way to create an overlay with seemless integration with the official client because you need to work with native libraries.
Not to mention that you can't even fluently draw things like NPCs or coordinates on it with a reasonable FPS count because everytime it draws something it needs to retreive the 3d model and projection data from the client, spiking up CPU by a ton.
