My biggest fear when away from my computer is getting reported. And getting reported only happens if you don't respond when people address you. So, some kind of combination of an AI and a very specific logic for responding might work? Obviously the bot wouldn't be very talkative, and would avoid talking as much as possible, unless it can do it simply. Like if someone mentions you by name, and the sentence also has "hunter" and "level" in it, it would just reply 70, or what ever your hunter level is, and not respond to anything else.. Or just reply once, with an AI response, and not any more.. Then it wouldnt' create a pattern and people wouldn't report you either.

Sure, but that gets you reported. Getting reported isn't worrisome if you're a legit player. But for us it's just another flag, increasing our odds of a ban.

Even so a chat bot would probably increase the risk of getting reported 10 fold when it spews off retarded nonsense that doesn't make any contextual sense.

2 options, both are not really good.

1) You use an existing chat bot, which will have terrible responses,
2) You need to create your own chat bot, laid out for runescape chats, but that would be taking a sledgehammer to crack a nut.

I don't know man. I think you're less likely to get reported if you just go "Sup" or "lol wassup" or what ever other pointless phrase when someone adresses you. Even if you only reply once. Then they're like "cool, he's a person, a retarded person, but a person non the less"

Until it becomes obvious that bots do that, which wouldn't be long.
Most times it's just like:
"Fishing lvls?"
"70"
"Nice"

But sometimes it's like:
"Fishing lvls?"
"70"
*question*
*ignore*
"iSkellington?"
*ignore*
"Reported"

So I feel like it would be a metric fuckton of work, for what would end up having nearly the same end result.

You do understand most people looking to report bots know about basic auto talkers right? They'll just ask for something like your woodcutting level and the thing will respond "hurr durr".

Just bot for example if ur skill bottting then bot 4hours a day
If ur ur gold farming bot 4 5 hours a day but switch accounts 1 time every 5 hours

I never meant for a feature to hold conversations. More like respond to 1 or two comments, just to seem like a super asocial disinterested human. Like you could reply to a question about your level.. or just respond to the usual greeting you get when someone comes to the same spot as you.. "Hi,," "sup" "yo" etc..
