osrs was updated this morning and all bots on runemate are probably offline until the client is updated. I suggest waiting it out and going to the thread of whatever bot you've used and requesting a refund. Provide the log for the session to go with it.
As much as it pains me to mark Derk's as having the best answer, their post is correct.
As per the stickied threads, this is for CLIENT issues, not BOT issues. In the future posts issues with individual bots in their respective forum thread(s).
