hey guys , im using the cuppa pickpocketing a lot
and i notice every night i put it on it pays 10x 0,06 = 0,60$
and if i check the run time its only 1:25h
why the fuck is this happening and the bot doesnt stoff after the 2:59 stop i putted in and why is it counting the hours and therefore money even if the bot stopped and the client logged out??

Why am I charged every time I start an instance?
Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. If you stop the bot manually and restart it, you will be charged again. If the bot breaks, doesn't work or you are overcharged and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.

I'm not fully understanding the issue(s) you're having though. Basically:

1. It's charging you 10 times for 1 hour 25 minutes of usage?
2. & you set a stop time of 2:59 yet the bot did not stop?

For 1, please read what American Express posted. The way Runemate handles payments is that it takes the X cents when a bot is started & each hour after that. So if you start and stop a bot 10 times it'll charge 10 times. This is the way Runemate handles payment, not my code, so I can't do anything about that unfortunately.

For 2, after putting the stop time in the bot, did you definitely enable the stop timer & make sure to click the big green "Update Bot with Settings" button at the top? The settings won't be updated unless you click this.

i know how it works using your pickpot bot a lot ,aswell as the other ones, they run good and normaly stop on time and yes i know how to update the settings etc, i think just the timer or stopping the bot is something wrong with , im not starting it 10 times just one start and a timer etc set , but it stopt after 1:25 reseaon unknow but the bot for some reason kept charging me money because it went on pause and not stop i guess????
so the acctual bot run time was 1 hour 25min and the bill was 10hours (whole night) normaly i babysit it but if this is the case im never putting it on at night cause with the 10hours i could bot 2 days lol

big cuppa lover but this is kinda strange you can check my transactions only cuppa hours a day
just wanted to know if this is normal since my friend also had it with 6hours also with the pickpocket

Can you please PM me the log for the session where it stopped for "reason unknown"? Or at least the last couple dozen lines. Logs can be found in Help > View Logs and open the one for the date/time this happened.

Also if you PM me a screenshot of the transactions in https://www.runemate.com/community/adcredits/ I can send you a refund for them, though I'm not sure why it charged you for 10 hours.
