The problem with agility bots, is they are notoriously unreliable. The reason is usually shitty camera movement, and bad recovery from falls/misclicks. When you click far into the distance the bot runs off, or gets stuck. Agility bots don't really have many features, they are mainly just getting around edge cases and good recovery, which is hard to test.

When you are walking into a wall or click the deposit box at Seers for 2 hours, expect to get banned.

I wish someone would make a top grade agility bot, and put a good amount of time into it.
I'm sure plenty of people would be happy to pay 0.10$/hr for a good bot...

Well, random clicks and random actions in general should prevent the hammer.
There is a few out there, that I used very recently for a few accounts up to 83 agility. None was banned. All with suicide botting running 24/7.

Because it is an extremely click intensive and repetitive action.
That's true but i don't think it's the cause. There are many equally or far more click intensive activities that are fine on runemate.
If you ask me it's because of actions being delayed almost always. At least 1 tick is always getting wasted by not preparing the next action by rotating the camera and hovering the next obstacle.
A tick perfect agility bot with alching on rspeer never got me banned (only after i completely removed any sleeps which was a stupid experiment).
It's time runemate gets a quality agility bot, i'm convinced that bans would be fairly regular.
