Delete all you browser files if that did not fix it, restart the router
I had this issue 2 days ago Router restart fixed it for me

Maybe its because you're trying to play WoW instead of runescape

A page refresh should resolve those kinds of issues. It happens when the extra DDoS firewall is enabled and your browser session hasn't been validated by the firewall yet. It has since been turned back off.
