I have had some of the same sentiments as you. It can be frustrating a product you rely on doesn't work and the documentation is lacking. What you need to realize is the hours that have gone into and are still being put into this project. Sure its not perfect yet(it is in beta!), but its not near as mature as those other bots you have listed. If the issues really bother you that much, why not try to learn basic java and write a script of your own? This will help you realize how difficult programming can be and may be a humbling experience. Not to mention programming is a useful skill in today's world anyway so it will apply to things outside of runescape. Just my opinion though. Take it or leave it.
