What are my chances?

Hey guys, I'm a long-term botter and i've actually gone around 6-7 years of decent botting with only 1 ban.
And that was a week ago.
it was only a 3 day ban..
My question is , if i were to try and finish up 94 mage (from 91) on a DIFFERENT account , which has 0 marks on it , is 9 years old, and is almost maxed out... what are the chances jagex is tracking my IP or something similar to this that could cause this different account to be at risk?
Obviously there is risk. I'm just curious if anyone has insight and if there is a greater risk now. thanks :)

Very unlikely.

The only time Jagex seem to care about IP addresses is if you run a bot farm.

Jagex.CreateDice(sides:Math.PI.ToString().length()).roll() == Math.pow(Math.PI, dayOfWeek() ? ban(user) : ignore(user);
Not sure i understand. is this some code that can prevent them from tracking my IP?

I've used Backtrack OS and Nmap to reverse engineer into Jagex's servers. Then with Metasploit retrieved the RS code from memory. That's their ban algorithm for when they detect someone for botting. For anyone who says it doesn't compile. Jagex uses their own custom compiler and JVM. It does compile there. Show me proof if you don't believe it.
