Hey,

A bot that cuts regular trees/oaks then turns them into planks in the WC guild would be fairly easy to make and very useful for both money making (250k/hr) or on ironmen.

Basically the bot would run like this:

Start with axe in hand/inventory in the wc guild, along with coins in the inventory.

Cut oaks or regular trees directly north of the sawmill

Turn into planks

Run east & use deposit box

Repeat.

This is a good idea, but it does involve high requirements. Overall, I agree with him, it would help lots of people out probably being the best moneymaker for botting.
Even if the logs are in the bank and you just run to the sawmill in the guild with stamina pot support great idea

Is this better than using hot air balloons?

I believe it is on par, but has a few benefits.

1. You don't have to buy the oak logs
2. You don't run out of run energy
3. It is very non-involved. You start the script with an axe and coins, that's it. No need for teleports.
4. Should be easy to code I'd think, it doesn't have to drink stamina pots, use teleports, or use the hot air balloons. Literally just cut, saw, and bank.

If you do so, will you be including just regular bank --> plank --> bank --> plank so on so forth?

I would probably make it make oak planks only, since its just a 15wc requirement to cut the logs.

I've only just started developing, and as this task seems pretty straight forward, I might make a pretty basic one that will get the job done until a better (more advanced one is released). Problem is, i don't have a 60 woodcutting account that has zeah favour. If anyone has one that would like to help me out, feel free to pm me, otherwise ill be botting it over the next day.
