I don't have one that kills Vyrewatches, but just as a heads up Cuppa Pickpocket can pickpocket Vyres at 82 thieving for similar profit.
Advertising aside (lol), I think a Vyrewatch Sentinel killer would be a solid bot tbh.

I hate to necro but is there anything out there to do this? I don't feel like making my own bot in Visual RM but I will if I must

Easy existing (and free) solution is to use Prayer Flick Mate, since these NPCs have unlimited aggro.
Babysit if you want drops. Or don't if you just want slayer XP. They're so afk already that no one will probably notice that you never pray at the altar.
If you're going for combat XP only, there are better places to use Prayer Flick Mate.
