I am getting this message after trying to start an instance.
I ran 3 bots yesterday and it worked fine.
"The modscript that was requested arrived in a format that is unusable because it triggered a utfdataformatexception."

Attempting to start official client. If it does not open shortly please do so manually.
Checking for a new game client every second for two minutes or until one is found.
Found a new game instance after 5 seconds.

I get that problem too? while my other mate can use runemate just fine. Any solution to this ?
 
How on earth has no admin replied to this tread yet? we're paying for extra hours but we can't use what we pay for?

Try reinstalling the RuneMate.
