I would like to know if I upgrade today on 29-11-2018 from 3$ monthly to 5$ monthly if I need to pay for the upgrade right now or only on the beginning of december?

You can pay the difference of $2 to be upgraded to $5 monthly. Each subscription will be billed individually each month, but the benefits stack.

Credits =/= Supporter status.

Credits let you run premium bots, Supporter status increases your hours allowance and amount of bots you can run at once.

Unfortunately no, the payment system is automated and would have already applied the benefit to your account. You would need to purchase the credits separately, or look for someone selling credits in exchange for GP. See the General Market for more details.

Sounds like you didn't pay $2 as you were advised and instead paid $5, which is what it charged you.
