Keep getting this message when trying to load the client anyone know how to fix this? or anyone else having the same problem?

There isn't any .rm files in this location.

The request is likely being blocked by there pc for some reason.

I find it odd that some queries would be blocked, but not others since he is obviously logged in.

Can you possibly test with firewalls/antiviruses disabled to see if Cloud's suspicions are correct?
