Resolved Two-step verification could not be confirmed

I very recently switched from iPhone to Android and therefore I also had to reset my google authenticator settings on the user profile @Leipo1 . Unfortunately, I just had to fill in my authenticator code for it again and I'm now getting the error "The two-step verification value could not be confirmed. Please try again." multiple times. I have tried syncing the codes through the app again but I am still getting the error. Is there nothing I can do anymore to get back on the account? Because I never saved the backup code (my fault ofc). I still have access to the email address to which @Leipo1 is assigned, including paypal transaction data to verify that I am indeed the owner of the account.

Are you able to remove the two-step from the account and add it again, or are you locked out of the account entirely?

I am locked out entirely as far as i know. I am still able to log into the RM client (i only need to fill in a new code every 30 days for that), but when I try to log into the forums to change my account settings I need to fill in the authenticator code, which doesn't work. There is no other way to disable the authenticator right?

The reason you are still able to access the account within RuneMate is because the client is still within its 30 day authentication window.

Unfortunately if you did not save your back up code for your original account, we are unable to restore access to it for you.
