Besides, it's cheaper if space doesn't matter.

A new rig using a 5820K/6700K has a significantly lower cost per instance, based off an estimate of 20 OSRS instances before OCing.
The estimated cost is under $900 to build a barebones rig with watercooling (easily done through random newegg deals and black friday) and scavenging a monitor/kb/mouse, which a stick user would have to do as well.
There's also the improved utility from having one desktop pc vs several usb sticks that aren't very useful for non-botting tasks, as I mentioned earlier.
Also, there are many negative reviews on Amazon for that usb stick.
