Summary: Start out in the falador west bank lobby with staff of air equipped and both law runes and water runes in inventory. Run north out of the lobby and north all the way to the chaos temple. Telegrab a wine of zamorak and step outside the temple door, repeat that process until the inventory is full, then teleport back to falador, go to west bank and deposit the wines, then repeat the process.
Required stats: 37 Magic for Falador teleport and telekinetic grab spells.
Required quests: None.
Required items: Staff of Air equipped, law runes and water runes in inventory.
Other notes: Approximately 28K GP per hour in runes, with a profit of approximately 190K per hour. would love to have any of the basic anti-ban measures in place as well but if not I can just babysit it and change camera angles and check stats and stuff of that nature.
