Sorry guys, it says I don't have permission to post in the general runemate thread for some reason. My question is: If I've been botting for 8 hours on one account, can I just switch accounts and keep botting to be safe? Or does Jagex actually track how long my IP has been playing runescape? If this is the case, then proxying is the obvious solution. However if I proxy for long enough on one proxy wont I have the same issue?

I don't think jagex actually bring ip in to play unless your heavy gold farming and then I still don't think it has anything to do with an ip. I've ran a small cursed farm and used my main all on same ip (cursed farm ran 24/7) I tend to bot a main account as I would play the game. Say I want to train herbal. Well as a player I'm not going to bot 8hrs straight. I may make potions for 1hr and take a break. I break my botting up and make it seem more user like. Hope the answer helps.

Can I set breaks in runemate without having to manually logout? I know this is probably a dumb question but I cannot figure out how to do this. Does it have to be an option for a specific bot or can i set it up on runemate itself?

it depends on the bot and whether theirs a break handler in the bot.. if there isnt you can always request one.. just remember even when bot is breaking it still goes towards your bot hours.
