Which is paid per month. If you do a subscription, it renews each month, therefore renewing your supporter status.

i didnt pay for the monthly sub tho. i asked if i can just pay for the donator status they said yes.

If you look at Upgrade | RuneMate you will notice that it says $X/month. This means that every month $X must be paid in order to receive/keep the benefits listed, including the Supporter rank. So a single payment would get you the benefits listed for one month.
