Everything looks fine to me. You paid $4 and your hour limit became 400. However, you already had 400 for free from being a Bot Author so there was no change. If you want 500 hours you have to pay $5. If you want 600 hours you have to pay $6. So on and so forth.

Payments also stack, so if you now upgrade for one more dollar, you'll be up to 500. For more info read Tutorial - Billing and Payment FAQ.

Got the same, im gonna refund my money
You don't have the Supporter rank, so your payment has not gone through yet. This is common for eChecks which can take 2-3 business days to process. If you have further questions about the status of your payment please contact PayPal as they would be happy to give you more information. If you charge back you will be permanently banned from using all RuneMate services.

So what you're telling me is that because I paid to become a supporter, I lost the bonus hours that I'm given to test my bots and now I have to pay to test any of the bots that I'm providing for free, for your users?
This business model is a joke

Our free tier and promotional hours are given at our discretion, and as such we do not allow them to stack with other subscriptions. To draw an analogy for you, AWS offers only t2.micro instances in their free tier. If you want any more resources than what is offered by the t2.micro instance, even if it's 512MB more RAM or one more vCPU you have to pay the full price of a higher tier instance as opposed to just paying the difference.

You don't have to pay anything to provide bots for free. You have up to 400 hours a month to do so. If you find yourself testing your bots for more than 400 hours a month then you are either writing brittle code or you are using it for more than just testing. If the latter is the case then you should compensate the platform that we provide for free for reasonable usage. Neither playing the victim nor the saint will get you far.

He's probably running his private cursed bot (which he bought for $30), so he can goldfarm without having to give money to RM. Pretty ignorant right.

Actually I'm testing a farming bot, a blast furnace bot, and a brutal black dragon bot, all of which I wrote myself from scratch. You don't know me

e: Also don't play rs3

I also bot a main account, which is where most of my hours went. I'm fine with paying for more hours of botting on my main, but I also couldn't test any of the stuff I was working on until I paid.

Oh we all know you :')
Oh? Tell me more
e: You have one bot on the store and it's premium, and you're accusing me of being a leech lmao
