Hi, i have paid for recurring sponsorship (membership), 3 times now since November and now again it is saying i have reached my maximum hours used at 300. And sponsor should be 1000 per month? only way to reset it is to pay $13 again?!

If you want more hours, you should increase the amount you pay. In case you don't care about the sponsor benefits, you can just become a supporter and pay $10 for a total of 1000 hours.
