I suggest you post in the forum thread for the bot(s) you are having issues with. If a premium bot, include a description of what went wrong and supporting evidence of why you deserve a refund.

The bot author can then address your concerns directly and if appropriate, issue a refund.

Bro.. I mean, if you're going to charge us for using a bot, make sure it works.. lol. Not trying to be a dick but you wouldn't like to waste your money on services that don't work either.

You have failed to realize that chances are the bots worked perfectly fine when they were first posted. If runescape was a dead game that was never updated then it would be understandable that a bot that worked 6 months ago would work today, but that just simply isn't the case. As such, since bot authors do not have time to test their bots for 6+ hours every day with every single option and setting, whenever something breaks it must be reported.

If a bot breaks then the bot author will likely refund any money spent. If you want bots to work premium or otherwise report the problems you have with the bot.

Bots die from lack of feedback.
