How do i tell if it's the bot that's slow or just my computer being shit?

The question might seem simple but there's a decent amount of nuance to it, my PC is shit but works fine for most things, so i'm not sure if some bots just work it too hard or if the bots are just slow in general.

All of the fighters seem very slow.
