The short answer is no, and we would never want it to be done as such for numerous reasons, including auto-updates, branding, malicious intent, etc. The only supported distribution is the Bot Store. If you are trying to automate the process I recommend looking into program arguments.
My reason for this was to share my bot with a friend xD. Is there any way to do this (privately) through the bot store? or is that not allowed?

Yes we support private bots through the Bot Store. Just publish it like you would a normal bot, with hidden=true in the XML manifest. Then request me to grant his RuneMate user permission, a process that will eventually be exposed to the Bot Author.

P.S. This will allow you to auto-update the privately shared bot seamlessly without any manual file transfers, provide security for both author and user, and other benefits.
