Resolved Scripts crash 5 Minutes into starting the client

I've had this problem since yesterday, has anyone got a solution
 
It's happening with every script, I've wasted over $3 due to this fucking bug :/. Ever since RuneMate updated it'self, it's been a nightmare

I always use Serene's NMZ Bot, and ever since coming back from vacation the bot has been absolutely shit. I will leave the bot on while I do day to day errands , and come back to a log in screen. When I log in, I see the character has only consumed 3 Absorption Potions. This happens every fucking time, I have tried messaging Serene and now it's got to the point where he's told me to stop messaging him.

I usually message him every time I encounter a bug, he asks me post logs and I do. It's the way he thinks I am actually stalking him or trying to be friends with him that's pissing me off. I messaged him about this bug and the next thing he turns sour and starts typing me paragraphs telling me to stop messaging him. but let's not get into that

I don't know his problem, I seen the potential in his bot so like the screenshot says "Help Serene improve Divine NMZ" Screenshot. I do what the pop up asks me to, like a good guy I am I report all the bugs and I get "do not use the bot if you're not happy with it" back.

He told me not to use his bot, I told him his is the only bot I can use because his includes the "witches experiment boss" and Party's doesn't

So all in all, I have wasted more that $3 credit using this bot and I want a refund in credits, I regularly fund RuneMate and I really feel this is unfair practices on your Client/Developers part. I paid my hard earned money to this bot and get absolutely fuck all back.

I hope you see it from my point of view, blessings to you all

Upon starting the bot you will be charged for the first hour of use. If you only run the bot for 30 minutes, you will still have been charged for the full hour. If you stop the bot manually and restart it, you will be charged again. If the bot breaks or doesn't work and you feel as though you deserve a refund, post in the relevant forum thread for the bot you are using, providing supporting evidence (eg: how the bug occurred and log files) and it is at the author's discretion whether they refund you.

I've messaged Serene numerous time about his NMZ bot and it's got to the point where we've argued on messages, Im don't think he will give me a refund but this is seriously fucking annoying. Im nearly at 99's and this shit happens

If a bot doesn't work for you, don't use it. Refunds are given at the author's discretion, and as such he doesn't actually owe you anything. Especially since our bots are pay as you go. If you paid 20$ up front for a bot that didn't work for you, I could see your point of view. But I don't think it's reasonable for you to repeatedly drain your wallet (of pennies at a time) for a bot that you can't get to work and then complain you can't get your money back.

This is like you beating your head against a wall over and over and then complaining to the person who made the wall. You hit the wall once, you lost a couple cents, stop hitting the wall.

Not only is what he is doing stupid, half of what he's saying isn't true. He doesn't report the bugs properly, as a matter of fact most of the errors in my log are FXMLLoadExceptions that have nothing to do with what he's suggesting. And as suggested in the screenie below, I have to message him multiple times for logs, to explain simple things that are extremely easy to see on the UI, or to even get information out of him outside of "it buggy." Here's a snippet of my response to him. Notice I don't say "don't message me", I say "don't spam my messages constantly with unimportant stuff" - which is what he does. (Skip pass the screenshot for those that don't want to read a huge wall of text).

This part should be highlighted from there:
"Basically this is how things should be working: You have a problem with the bot? You report a bug the proper way, meaning you PM me or post on the thread, including all FULL applicable logs (yes that means the NMZ and the spectre ones) for EACH session that has the problem and a description of what's going on. Either pastebin each one of them separately, or attach the raw files to the thread. Then you wait. If I need more info from you, I'll ping you about it. If I have it fixed, you'll know via a direct response to you, or an update on the thread - which tells you what was fixed with the version update. If after some arbitrary amount of time (which usually amounts to multiple days, maybe even up to a week) you don't hear a response or see the issue fixed, then you can again try to contact me and i'll be more than happy to let you know the status. If this is the case and it seems like I'm taking forever to respond or udpate it, chances are the update is in queue, the error that was reported isn't a problem, or I'm still working on fixing it. If you have a NEW problem arise while waiting on the first update (though not sure why anyone would continue using a bot while they're waiting for a fix to be applied), then you go through the same process. Post/PM, logs, describe the problem and wait."

I tell him how to report a bug, how to message, and how to wait. Basically telling him to not spam me with messages that I get from him such as "bro the bot is buggy" "bro it's eating my credits help fix pls help." Also explaining that bugs - especially ones that rarely happen, if ever - can take longer time to find than the time he's giving me between his messages.

Not only is the problem he's experiencing intermittent (at one point he says it runs fine, the next he says it stops after 11 hours, the next it doesn't start at all - all within 1-2 days), It's local to him only. And I have to constantly ask for logs - while not receiving all the logs I would need for each specific session. Not to mention that immediately after getting those logs (finally), he's either PM'ing back with what seems like a new problem, or expecting a fix almost-immediately. Which hey, some people are impatient. Shit happens. But for some reason, the person who posted this seems to be unable to NOT press the start button. Most people would say "oh after 1-2 times this doesn't work? I'll let them know and wait for a fix, or move on." Instead, he (according to the $3 he's wasted) has had to have started both I and Party's bots close to 50 times combined. And If the $3 is a waste, that would mean that almost every single one of those sessions would have failed. Yet his logs don't suggest that.

There are multiple clients, multiple bots, and multiple ways to train what he's training. But for some reason, he consistently runs into issues with one bot and continues to think it's a good idea to use it. It's annoying tbh. This is the same guy who posted on my thread, profile and DM'ed me because he didn't use the scrollbar on one of my bots to find text on the UI. Smh

Long story short, no.

@American Express I can forward you whatever logs he sent me, to prove that either the $3 wasted is a lie, or an extremely huge exaggeration. I'll actually go ahead and add you to the PM we have going on if you prefer.

You can look through all of my threads and see that I'm more than willing to refund lmao. At the same time, I'm not going to refund you for a full session if the bot worked for 11 hours and didn't for 5 minutes (at which point it was stopped, so you didn't really lose any $).

For every single hour the bot didn't run where he tried to run it that was caused by error from my bot, I'll refund. But for that to happen, I'll need logs from each session he's requesting a refund for AND verification that he paid for each of those sessions. And will not be refunding for user error, as that would be his fault.

And please dear god can we get a way to block people from using our bots before they press start? Like a way for me to just instantly deny them. $3 is not worth dealing with a headache. Just remove access to the bot for him. Now he can't press start, and if he wants refunds for any old sessions, he can follow a more proper way of submitting and dealing with refund requests. If majority of others are happy, let him use something else.

I am almost 97.9 percent sure he was trying to manipulate the runemate system by taking advantage of you, thinking you'd be so nice as to refund him. I'm sure in most logs he got some sort of xp out of it. Example I know a thing that can break @Party bot, so I could run it for 35 minutes. Then exploit said bug to break the bot and ask for a refund. @Party I will message you about these bugs and how to recreate them so you can patch them if you feel it's necessary.
@Serene so that's my thoughts on it.

Include the game logs as well please.
Going through those logs I could only find one exception that's caused by the bot, however your screenshot suggests that the rest of the crashes were caused by the client, not by serene's or party's bots, the game logs might give us more insight about it.

Edit: And like Jojo said above, I can also see in those logs that there were sessions where the bots managed to run without issues. So have some decency and stop saying all of your $3 are "wasted". It's a negligible amount but I understand that it equals many hours of botting.

I lost a couple of cent's so what, I still paid and I should get what I paid for. Stop being a dick, I fund my runemate wallet $5 every few days or so, so losing $3 is kind of a big deal for me. I don't care if it's only $3, I paid for a service and I should get that service. You're opinion truly doesn't matter anyway, this thread is for runemate admins and the developer, so stick your opinion up your arse mate

Listen dude, I am not lying. Why the fuck would I make a post if I wasn't telling you the truth. The bot's ran, yes of course but not for long. Like I said, every time I opened RS I came back to a log in screen and 3 potions gone.

I have never bought credits using RSGP, I always use PayPal. If I pay for something I want it in working order, that's all. I will continue to use your tremendous bot as soon as you update it, because I think the bot is superb and I will keep funding it as long as it works.

I'm new to the community, I only started botting recently. So don't you dare accuse me of some bullshit that I know nothing of. I have never came forward to complain before, and just so you know money isn't an issue here. But If I pay for something and it's not working I have the right of a consumer to complain and get a refund. So go fuck yourself with your comments

You should also have the intelligence to not run something 30 times of you see its crashing everytime. Like I said that's user stupidity. And @Serene should not be accountable for your lack of intelligence. @Savior looked through the logs you provided and only found one actual error from @Serene bot. STILL it was YOUR fault for running it so many times if you got so many shut downs. only you are accountable for your actions.

You seem to have missed my point entirely. You didn't lose $3 suddenly, you lost a few cents over and over because you kept bashing your head against the same wall only to then publicly complain that the bot author stopped wanting to deal with you because you keep harassing him. If no one else is having the same problem and he doesn't feel like wasting his time fixing your very niche, vague issues, he doesn't owe you anything. You're paying by the hour.

If you don't like the food at a restaurant, you might get compensation for that visit. If you keep going back to that restaurant every day and keep complaining about it, I hope to god you don't expect to be compensated every time.

ESPECIALLY since it sounds like @Serene is being perfectly reasonable and patient with you.

What? No I don't see why you made a public thread lol. Basically nothing good has changed.

I still need to verify that the problems occurred and that they're actually bot problems as opposed to user or client error - the same that I was already in progress of doing via PM. The only difference here is now, I have to go through 10x as many logs. So you've just made any refunding and fixing process a lot slower. And now I'm actively looking for a way to make it so that I don't have to deal with this same thing again (hopefully by finding some way to have access to the bot revoked from you). That way you don't lose any more money and I don't waste any more time.

Oh and I understand that you pay for the credits via PP. I will need you to screenie the RM wallet transactions for the sessions that I find refundable errors in. That way I can see that these logs posted are actually yours.

Also @American Express can we make it so that any ongoing use of this bot resulting in the same errors voids any further refunds (until any errors are fixed via code)? I don't want him continuously using the bot and running into more errors while he knows these currently exist. That is what he has been doing recently, and it would further slow this process. @airmaxbarber that means you need to send me the .rar file that you uploaded earlier so that I can download it.
