Nah spectre still has plenty of bugs. Won't leave beta for quite some time. The maintainance is going to be transfering everything to faster servers in india, where arbiter will care about them personally, which also means more security for your accounts.

Though I think spectre will come out this year, i assume around my birthday.

No it won't cost anything. The indians are paid with a small loan of a few cents, which is quite a lot for them

Also, spectre is not that much of a botting client, but you can think of a program like TeamViewer. It transmits the program data of your running rs client to the indian servers.
