2. RSBot - Used until main got banned (detected client), really good scripts, shit client and community.
3. Simba - Never got banned using this might use again someday, not a lot of scripts.

Honestly since RSBot is so big, Jagex will basically automatically ban you for using it. It's happened to me several times.

My order:

1: RiD/Project Genesis (supposed to be even better than RiD was, currently in Beta or something)
2 Runemate
3 Simba ( good scripts. DIFFICULT to setup if you dont have pascal experience.)
4 SCAR ( You didnt mention this one but its just like SIMBA. Very good for certain skills.)
5 Topbot (ban rate is getting higher, closer to powerbot
6 Epicbot, Tribot, Zbot, are like RSBOT clones. Beware.
