I was using Runemate and my foot touched my powercord and shut off my PC and when I rebooted and tried to use Runemate again I got this error message...

It says wait 15 minutes but I've waited a while now.

Any ideas?
 
It worked after about 25 minutes.

I have the same error but it is not resolved even after two hours.

We are 3 brothers, and the only thing different was that the third one recently bought his computer and when he opens runemate with runelite he gets the same error.

Each of us has his account. Is there an error in what we are doing? the 3 pc are under the same router

If accounts are on the same internet connection they share the same runemate account usage, so people don't make alts to get around limits.
