Hi team,
I have completed the below:
  1. Uninstall ALL Java installations
  2. Uninstall all RuneScape clients
  3. Delete all of your Jagex Cache
  4. Delete all of your RuneMate cache
  5. Restart computer
  6. Reinstall RuneScape client
  7. Download RuneMate
  8. Install RuneMate and it will automatically install the correct Java version for you

My problem is when I start any script, doesn't matter which script the client becomes almost unresponsive, it's so bad that it won't be able to login using the login handler. As soon as I stop the script the application is fine and I could play runescape through that same client if I wanted too. CPU usage is only minimal for both osrs client and runemate application around 2% or less for each.

I have extreme lagg only once I start an instance with any script.
I've attached one event log for Divine NMZ, Soon as I loaded the instance Extreme Lag and unresponsiveness.

Eager to hear from the support team to help me out,

Kind Regards,

Has this suddenly just started happening?

Have you previously been able to run RuneMate without issue, and if so, have you changed anything at your end (system updates etc.) since?

Hi Sir,

I'm a new user here and this has occurred ever since I first started using the client, as far as I know I haven't installed any new/recent system updates.

I thought I might add that I've noticed,
more specifically once the notification pops up that the Log-in Handler has started, at that exact moment is when the osrs client becomes unresponsive and very laggy.

RuneMate application however is still fine and usable.

Hi guys,

I've managed to fix my issues.

In the end I decided I wanted to bot my account that badly that I resorted to resetting my PC to factory.
I then just simply followed the steps below:

  1. Uninstall ALL Java installations
  2. Uninstall all RuneScape clients
  3. Delete all of your Jagex Cache
  4. Delete all of your RuneMate cache
  5. Restart computer
  6. Reinstall RuneScape client
  7. Download RuneMate
  8. Install RuneMate and it will automatically install the correct Java version for you

Thanks Anyway,

@azzalol if this is still happening with Divine NMZ even after your fixes then please wait until v3.4.19. That version includes performances fixes that should get rid of any hangs/unresponsiveness and high cpu usage.
