I've got a couple of skills, namely agility, woodcutting, divination, and runecrafting, that I want to get to 99 on my main which has never been botted on. Is Runemate a good choice for this? I'm not adverse to paying for scripts if it means a lesser chance of being banned.

Sure - but every bot I've written so far was originally a private bot..!

I wouldn't have mentioned it if it weren't for the fact that levelling is MUCH slower on ironman mode.

Depends alot on the skill, combat in NMZ (using party's nmz bot), i did 20 hours pr. session on average.. i had the record for some time tho, like 3 days without breaks i think? :S

Had an ironman botted upto 2.3K total until a ban. Stupid ban due to a completely dysfunctional bot. If you plan on botting a main. I recommend first checking out how the bot goes before going for hours at an end.
But RM is probably one if not the safest botting option currently available. Do switch skills around often enough and do some questing in between. And a note of advice: divination has been relatively more dangerous to bot because of goldfarms, so watch out with that.

Basically impossible to say as bans are typically delayed to make sure you don’t know what caused your ban.
