I am using Jagex launcher, official client, also tried on runelite, runemate doesn't come up with any active clients so i cant start

I had this problem the other day using Windows 10, seemed to work after restarting my pc.
Also has happened with scripts, where the script just won't work, restarting (or probably even fully closing everything) and then opening again has seemed to fix it both times.
