I have 3 principal issues with runemate

1- after a few hrs of botting... "Runemate has run out of accessible memory...." And will not let me start any instance, I have to restart runemate.

2- With any bot I can start more than 2 instances, 3rd instance of same the bot crashes.

3- Many times the game is disconnected to the lobby doing nothing

To be honest with you, botting on Runescape isn't how it used to be.

I recall being able to easily run 5+ instances back in the good ol' days of botting, yet nowadays on the same laptop I can only run two Runemate instances.

Have you followed the tips in the sticky thread about increasing Runemate's RAM allowance? If not, give that a read and do so.

Your computer isn't exactly high end either. With better parts comes better performance. If you were to do anything I would recommend increasing your RAM.

Oh and when you notice this happening, post your log files so the bot authors can review the data to see if anything is triggering the disconnects to lobby (apart from the logout timer due to bot stopping).

Without runemate, easily support 5 instances

And the same happens to me on another machine with the following specs:

i7 3770k
32GB
SLI gtx 660ti

only 2 instances per bot and crashes

all of them with win 10

As I said, if you haven't already, try following what is in the sticky thread: Tutorial - Runemate Spectre – Common Issues & Troubleshooting

Runemate has run out of accessible memory, try allocating...
Increase allocated memory to the Runemate shortcut. Add "-Xmx1300M" to the Target in the properties window:

That error comes to me from time to time.

The main thing is that I can not run more than 2 instances per bot, the bot crashes

RuneMate runs within a 32-bit JVM which means that the max heapspace that can be allocated to it is either 1.3GB or 4GB, can never remember which. Try with both and see if you have any luck.

i7 4790k, 980ti hybrid, 1tb 850evo ssd, 16gb 2400mhz ram (upgrading to 32 soon™) and I pay $25/month to RuneMate

1.3gb iirc

Running a 32-bit JVM within a 64-bit system allows you to allocate up to 4GB (providing you have sufficient memory).
