Question RuneMate detected by RS?

Hello.

I tried to log in this morning being told that my account was locked. All I had to do was reset my password, but the message when I logged in said:

We're contacting you as this account has been recently identified as being accessed by an unauthorised third party, and this message is a result of our ongoing commitment to the security of our players.

As part of our proactive approach to account security, after identifying a period of unusual activity we've taken the precaution of automatically securing the account to prevent further unauthorised access.

Is it possible that it's somehow detected?

Have you logged into this account using any other botting client besides RuneMate?

No I have not. I did not have 2 step verification activated though, maybe the password I used was compromised? My username is a username I've used for a very long time for other stuff.

Have you changed ips in any way? Proxy/VPN/moved?
I've not had VPN activated, maybe only in chrome.. Would that do it?

I could be wrong, but don't VPNs usually route ALL the traffic from your machine? That'd explain why they thought you might have been hacked.

No, I have different VPN's.. NordVPN comes in mobile, chrome extension and VPN on computer that routes everythintg.. I normally just use chrome one..
